Stable Connect will provide an engagement letter for sign off (with an estimate of professional fees) before commencement. Usually we will be entitled to progress payments as certain milestones are reached, e.g.: at the following stages;

1. Assistance with preparation of Concept paper and Expression of interest “Fact sheet”;

2. Preparation of Information Memorandum or PDS including legal documents such as syndicate deed;

3. From launch date to closing date of subscriptions whereby bank accounts are established, advertising is approved, ABN/TFN/product rulings may be obtained;

4. Commencement of annual engagement (payable in advance).
