Martin O'Connor was the first recognized accountant in Australia to specialize in the horse industry. He studied the tax act as it related to horses and in 1987 he joined Arthur Young, now Ernst & Young, as a tax partner specializing in the horse industry.

With the downturn in the property and thoroughbred market in 1991, Martin re-launched as a sole practitioner offering lower fees and more personalised service than is available in the larger firms.

In 2000 the firm expanded our service offering to clients and became licensed to provide financial advice. We have joined with other like minded firms to form Eventus Wealth Management Pty Ltd in order to provide clients with the independent, non-conflicted advice they deserve.
